Sample Itinerary (Approx. 2–3 Hours)

16:30: Hotel Pickup. You are typically picked up from your hotel or Nile cruise ship in a private, air-conditioned vehicle and transferred to the docking area.
16:30 – 17:30: Setting Sail. Board the white-sailed felucca. As the wind catches the sails, you’ll glide past the lush green banks of the Nile, seeing local life and ancient landmarks from the water.
17:30 – 18:00: Banana Island (Optional). Many tours stop at Gezira el-Moz (Banana Island) to walk through the plantations, see the crocodiles/monkeys on site, and enjoy fresh bananas and Egyptian tea.
18:00 – 18:30: The Sunset. Relax on the boat’s cushions as the sun sets behind the hills of the West Bank and the Valley of the Kings, turning the water into a shimmering gold.
